I started taking Cytolean V2 five days ago and I have already noticed results. The first 3 days I took two pills to get my body used to it, and now I'm taking the recommended amount of three pills. As a female, I was nervous my body would not be able to handle the full amount, but it's working out great. I've already lost 3 pounds of solid fat, and I have only had moderate diet changes. I have been eating more protein, I weighed 122 before I started taking it so I'm shooting for about 80 grams of protein a day, with a lot more organic and natural foods, whole grains, lean protein, and minimal fat and sugar. I try to only drink water, and about 100 ounces a day. I wake up and take the pills and follow with breakfast about 30 minutes later.
During my workout I have really sustained energy and I feel great. I feel as if I could work out for 4 hours and not be exhausted after. I usually lift two muscle groups a day for about an hour and a half with anywhere from 4-5 exercises for each. For this cutting cycle I'm doing about 20 minutes of abs a day, and 20-30 minutes of cardio or some type of interval running every other day. I experience no side effects; no nausea, dehydration, and I do not feel tired at all. There's no come down or crash later in the evening, which is awesome and something I look for in a supplement. I've lost most of my fat from my lower abs, and my upper legs, and my upper body is a lot more defined already. I'm excited to see the end results, and I highly recommend Cytolean V2 for anyone who is trying to cut, or lose fat in specific areas. I'm very satisfied with my product, and it's one more thing from Gaspari that I love.
